According to Rep. Bartlett's website, his first priority is border security. He also states that "Illegal aliens are criminals. We can not reward illegal behavior and preserve respect for the Rule of Law in our country." He is also an advocate of the Real ID Act and supports making English the national language of the United States.

Based on this information, it is highly unlikely that he will vote in favor of DREAM Act as a standalone initiative or any CIR package.
