on DREAM Act as introduced in House and Senate

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) is considered to be a follower according to govtrack.gov

Starting in 2007 when discussion about comprehensive immigration reform was began Rep. Darrell Issa joined a caucus of anti-illegal immigration lawmakers.

"NORTH COUNTY -- Rep. Darrell Issa, a Vista Republican who has been considered in some circles a relative moderate on immigration matters, has joined a caucus of anti-illegal immigration lawmakers.

According to several anti-illegal immigration, and anti-amnesty groups, Rep. Issa had a grade"A" with them for his support of anti illegal immigration efforts that included checkpoints for illegal immigrants and because he opposed to any amnesty or any benefits being given to undocumented immigrants.

"an anti-illegal immigration group called Numbers USA gave Issa's voting record on immigration matters an "A" and gave Bilbray an "A minus," according to the group's spokeswoman, Caroline Espinosa.

For his constant voting record and the support and influence that Rep. Issa receives from anti immigration organizations, i believe that he is most likely to vote Nay on the D.R.E.A.M. Act or any comprehensive immigration reform bill.
