on DREAM Act as introduced in House and Senate

Rep. Bart T Stupak was defeated in 2010 elections. Current Representative for Michigan's 1st District is Rep. Dan Benishek and was Re-elected in 2012

-Mixed record on Immigration issues therefore stance on Dream Act unclear
- Stance on Immigration Reform Nay Vote
