I tried getting a response from him but I don't live in the district so it's hard for the reps to reach me but, he did support this- H.R. 1588, Common Sense English Act To ensure that an employer may require employees to speak English while engaged in work.

I will keep looking but its leaning towards a likely nay.

PLZ-724: I think it is a safe bet to say he will not be voting in favor of the DREAM Act. I looked at his past voting record and he has voted YEA on the following bills: -H.R. 4437, Border Protection, Antiterrorism, and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005 -H.R. 6061, Secure Fence Act of 2006 As well as voting NAY on almost, well all the ones I read, every bill related to decreasing college cost and interests rates on loans. He voted NAY on the following bills: -H.AMDT. 772 to H.R. 609, Reverse the Raid on Student Aid Act of 2006 -H.R. 2669, College Cost Reduction Act of 2007 -H.R. 4137, College Opportunity and Affordability Act of 2008, and -H.R. 3221, Student Aid and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2009

From looking at his voting record, like I said, it is a safe bat to say it will likely be a NAY. I mean it does not take a genius to come to such a conclusion unless of course a 'huge miracle' were to happen, which we all know probably won't. My findings came from:
