It looks like they’re getting into November expirations.

Congrats. Yup, I was the first wave of them yesterday.

It means we're gonna lose exactly a month of EAD but I don't really care as long as I didn't fall out of status. Not only that, the scare of waiting only 2 months until expiration taught me a lesson and it won't happen again (for as long as we have DACA, that is).

Hello!

My I821D was approved on Monday, but my EAD has been on initial review since then. I was wondering if that has happened to anyone else? It seems strange since it's been 2 days and from what I've seen they usually get approved either on the same day or the following day.

Anyone with a expiration date in October still haven't been approved? My EAD ends on the 30th I'm starting to panic a bit.

Expiring at 10/15 here. I have filed Ombudsman, calles several times, but nothing. I sent my app 6/9, got bios done at 7/2, and am a few days short of waiting for 4 months.

If anyone else is in the same boat as me and lives in Chicago, lemme know. Would be more than happy to drink my sorrows away with you all...

I expire on Oct. 28 and my case still on initial review.
Renewal received on 7/06/14
Bios Done on Appt. date on 8/1/14
So basically i have 26 days of deffered action before it expires, my employer hasn't said anything which I find it weird because i work for a BIG company. But I do need my drivers license which also expires on the same date. I'm nervous that I may lose my job.
