So now it's Uruguay vs The Netherlands, and Germany vs Spain...as much as I want Uruguay to win, it's going to be difficult without Suarez and Lugano... they did great to get here but I'm not sure they can make it now. Maybe they can stretch out a 0-0 game to the penalty shoot out :mrgreen:

as far as Brazil goes, I'm not surprised that they get got eliminated, the Dutch have a top notch team and they do deserve it. Also, I'm very glad Brazil got eliminted, don't get me wrong, I really like them but as soon as Dunga took over, I immediately grew a dislike for them...oh well, Dunga is out!!! bring out Scolari!!!

Argentina, wow! knocked out by Germany again, that must be horrible knowing how Argentinians are. Kick out Maradona and bring out Pekerman.


The Uruguay ordeal was pretty crazy too, I see nothing wrong with Suarez's handball, Uruguay got the red card and Ghana had the penalty which they failed so too bad for them.



My predictions are Netherlands beating Uruguay and Spain beating Germany. I'm sure the Germans want some revenge from a couple years ago but I'm pretty sure Spain will go through and I may be a little biased. The winner of Spain v. Germany = World Cup winner IMO

Now Spain will beat Netherlands and become a world champ for the first time.

I don't know about all that. Germany was the favorite to win, but look at them now. I'm rooting for Spain, but will be okay if any team wins. They both have never won a WC, this is truly going to be an amazing match.
