I never got an RFE. I provided proof that I was here for the past 7 years and also that I finished my Associates and currently enrolled in a BBA program here in NYC. I also have no criminal history or any other type of run in with the law.

Did you have criminal history or immigration history? Did you ever apply for green card or have a
SSN?

I don't have a criminal history or anything like that. I arrived legally with a visitor visa and overstayed. I also tried to get my status adjusted to a student visa about a year ago, but that was denied. I do not have an SSN, but I have an ITIN and I pay taxes.

Please post your denial reason when you receive it and together we may be able to guide you how to address a new case. I applied for a student visa also but was denied as I was out of lawful status.

Will do, my student visa app was also denied because I was out of lawful status. Well this day sucks lol. I finished my Business law finals all happy and then got this text. Have to go prepare for my finals tomorrow, and get some rest.
