I've checked the status of my case #, and it says Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled... looks like they are merging the renewals in one case and terminating the other. It does not make sense to terminate a case a schedule biometrics... so I'm assuming this is the case. Since my check was already cashed it's more likely they are proceeding that way rather than denying cases as people are fearing... Lets post updates once we receive the letters in the mail with all details and instructions. United we're stronger!!!

Has there been cases where your DACA was denied, but they return your money? Otherwise this is just straight up stealing...

It's not straight up stealing, but no, there are no instances where cases were denied and the money was returned.

What some of us are worried about are the termination. None of us have received a letter or notification stating we were denied, but that our case was terminated. We are trying to sort out what that means.

I've been mailed out a biometrics appointment notice, per notification, which I am still waiting on to arrive in the mail.

I got a letter where it instructed me to make an account with them. I did and it shows both of my cases as in process as opposed to my DACA terminated. My biometrics was also sent, according to the case status. I'm sure we're fine. They seem to be rolling out a new system of some sort. Anyways, you guys are probably going to get the same letter soon (if you haven't already), but I'll keep you updated.

Hey well I did not received a notice via text or email even though I sent the G-1145. However, I just got the notice of action today by mail, giving me a IOE number and telling me to create an account even though I have one. I forgot my password and have been trying to reset it with no luck since USCIS has not send me the reset instructions. I did check my case status and it say CASE TERMINATED. Will see what it says when I'm able to access my account.

I came home to find a I-797C Notice of Action letter in my mailbox requesting I create an account, which I did. After creating the account, it shows everything to be in order. There is a digital biometric appointment letter, which I'll have to print out. I'm scheduled to go in the second Monday of April.

After taking my biometric appointment and confirming that I have no criminal record, I assume I'll be re-approved for another two years--a sigh of relief.

Dude, we have the same timeline. My Bio appt in april 11 as well.

Same thing here, got the letter and account created. I was a relief to see both cases being processed and the Biometrics schedule letter. oohoooo!
