I have not received the actual notice yet, so will see how it goes and will let yall know when I receive the notice.

When did you do your biometrics?

Wow! That was fast!!! I hope that happens to me! (I'm pretty sure it won't go that fast for me because I'm using 245(I)) I'm still waiting for my biometric letter.

Thanks. I've read that it might take a while for the actual interview date as I am in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and the Dallas field office is heavily backlogged, but we'll see how it goes.

There might be additional documents that you might need to submit (depending on your type of entry), but I think almost everyone has to submit the following:

1. Passport style photos of you and 2 of your spouse

2. Filing fees of $420 and $1070

3. Copy of your birth certificate and your spouse's birth certificate

4. Your current passport biographical page and all pages of your old passport including the U.S. visa page, entry stamp page and I-94 card (you may or may not have this, depending on your type of entry).

5. Copy of your EAD card

6. Copy of your marriage certificate

7. Copy of all divorce decrees (If divorced from any marriages)

8. Copy of your and your spouse's 2015 tax returns, W-2, and 3 recent paystubs

9. Sealed medical exam

Pictures would help also. We submitted around 50 photos to the attorney, but I think he might have only sent around 10 with the application (you will take pictures to the interview anyway)

Other can correct me if I am missing something.

I filed all the following forms (self filed/no lawyer)
(1) 245(I) AKA I-485 supplement A is $1,000 **(only file if you EWI and are eligible to use the form, check website USCIS.gov for more info on this form)**
(1) I-485 is $1,070
(1) I-130 is $420
(1) I-864 is $0
(1) I-765 is $0
(1) I-131 is $0
(1) I-693 varys with every civil surgeon for immigration medical exam it cost me $500 and also depends on if you need any new vaccinces that could add up even more make sure to take your vaccination record with you to your appointment with the DR.
(3) I-G32A is $0
(2) G-1145 is $0

So my total for immigration fee's were $2,490
Not including the medical exam because you pay the doctor not immigration for that fee and any other little thing like passport pictures cost and ect ect.
