Hey guys, I am a little worried here as I have not heard back since I received a notice saying my application was redirected to Nebraska on October 24th. I tried to look up my application status on the USCIS website and it says nothing received yet. How long does it take to receive my biometrics appointment?

received 7/15...biometrics done 8/6 still on initial review. Sent to Nebraska office

I got approved on Halloween too, but they haven't even mailed mine out :sad: I hope I'm not one of those who gets stuck and takes forever to get it.

I go on the website and enter my application request number, and every time it says that my case could not be found. I already did my biometrics, so I do not think that I have been denied or something. Is anyone else experinceing the same situation? I am using the LIN#10digit that it is asking for, for both the EAD and I821D, but both are not working.

Not sure what's going on but they updated ths ite this weekend. My original received date is 07/15 and that's what it has always shown but after the update my received date is shown as 07/22 :?:

Their system is really glitchy right now because they are probably applying software updates and updating the website. I still can't see my case status either and I had bios 18th of October and I mailed my app the first week of October.

Hi guys so I checked my status today and it states that my case was approved. It stated "On November 10, 2014, we approved your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, Receipt Number ..... We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by December 10, 2014" so dies that mean I will receive my work permit in the mail? If anyone has gotten a message similar to this when checking there case status can you please let me know and also how long does it take in the mail to receive it since my expires Nov 15th!

I have a question, more like a problem. My mail keeps getting sent back to Nebraska by the post office. I dont know why. Anyone have else have this problem? I sent my rfe back and dont want to get my mail if/when i get approved.

EAD expire on March/25/15

Application Sent 11/08/14 (usps priority mail express)
Delivered 11/12/14 (delayed 1 day cuz of holiday)
Recived notification 11/14/14
