As strange as it may seem USCIS has two accounts and this just adds to the confusion. One account is via https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do (this is the same login page you provided), this account does not need an access code.

The other account which can be accessed via: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov (this account needs an access code. After I obtained my access code via tech help desk from USCIS, my DACA renewal application was linked and whenever I login in I don't have to enter in my receipt numbers). I hope this helps.

Hey guys,

I finally got my notice for biometrics! My application was received at May 30 2016 and my EAD expires on 9/7. I did have a question-I only got a notice of biometrics for my i-765 but my i-821D says it is still "processing". Is this an issue? I am slightly worried. Thanks.

Yes, this is normal. It's mostly a waiting game now.

He meant the the i-765/i-821d case numbers. They usually come in a pair, sequentially.

Just like everyone here, I'm very nervous about the delay the Nebraska office is experiencing. What boggles my mind is that the recommended time for submission is 120-150 days, yet they are taking over 6 months to process renewals, and we can be penalized for accruing unlawful presence if the DACA expires before they process the case.

I think we should find a way to quantify how many of us are in this limbo, so we can work together and create traction within various branches of the government and organizations.

What do you guys think? we can create some sort of monkey survey or something to create a quick database.

I have reached out to my congressman, which provided a phone number to deal with federal caseworkers (i'll be doing this on Monday). I also have an appointment scheduled for August 15th at the USCIS office in San Antonio (nothing available in Houston) to see if there's any way to expedite, but based on the comments on this thread, people haven't had much luck... so we'll see how it goes.

You were approved though right? Are you checking to see if your card has gone to production/mailed out?
