My packet was prepared. I did BIO mid feb, and I haven't gotten a letter. I just checked the case status.

What's your timeline like? And just curious, do you get a letter saying that or do you check online with your case numbers?

Only the online status updates for 'Case Ready for Interview'. Next letter you get after this is when your interview is scheduled. The letter lists documents you need to take to your interview.

I get it, but ensure it is done correctly the first time. A wrong filing can result in delays and even removal proceedings when not done right. Make sure the end result is that of a successful one at the interview.

Oh snap! That's good news. We have the same timeline. My status hasn't updated though. I'm trying not to get worried even though I did my biometrics on 2/8 :-( keep us posted!

I did bios on Jan 31.. Waiting for EAD and waiting for "ready to be scheduled" #MSC ... Curious, can RFE'S come after you've done your bios? Pretty sure it can happen at any point but I just want to make sure.. Also came across this interesting article
