I think the immigration officer didn't like the fact that we were a same sex marriage because he only looked at our eyes twice during the whole interview. When he called our names he only asked us for our state ids and that's it, no birth certificates only my passport. The only time i got a little nervous was when he asked me about how was i working before i got work permission due to DACA.

well I told him that I showed my employer my drivers license and a ssn# that was given to me but it was destroyed soon after. After that he asked me, another question that made me nervous, if Ive told the Social Security office about the # i worked with before I got my own through DACA, and I answered him no the only thing I did was showed them my work permit but I've done all my taxes since i started working. He also asked me twice the same question maybe to see if i lied the first time, during the interview, of what i put down on the I9 if i put citizen or permanent resident and i said it wasnt citizen so the other.

i've worked with my company for 8 years i think lol and they didnt destroy my file they just updated it with my new ssn and work authorization whenever i got deferred action. I was talkin about the fake social security card that i was using before i got my own, I destroyed it as soon as i got the deferred action.
