Guys, who knows the reason for the delays but an increase in income isn't it. I highly doubt it at least. They're incompetent at this point but delaying apps due to increase in income is ludicrous. In any case, I'm sure the vast majority of us have seen an increase in money flow since 2012.

I've been lurking this thread since around late July because of my expiration day of September 04, 2016 and new job. My DACA was finally approved August 06, 2016 (as per notice). This is my 2nd DACA renewal.

USCIS received my application on 03/25/2016 - Nebraska Office
My biometrics appointment was scheduled and completed on 04/15/2016.
-Radio Silence from USCIS-
Graduated College with BSN in Nursing early 06/2016.
Took my NCLEX-RN Boards in early 07/2016.
-Begin to panic regarding expiration date & applying for RN jobs-
File Ombudsman's Office request on 07/26/2016.
-Continue to panic-
File inquiry with assigned senator 07/31/2016. (Never received response)
Started new RN job early 08/2016.
-Begin to panic even more-
Ombudsman's Office responds: Inquiry submitted to USCIS on 08/09/2016.
DACA approval notification via text 08/10/2016.
EAD in-production notification via text 08/11/2016.

I got an email from a service requested saying "The status of this service request is:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience"

I have a very straight forward case. No AP or record.

Just checked. Got my DACA approved as of 8/10/2016. Nothing with EAD yet though, just like a lot of you.

This is the best answer I have seen yet, have you called them and ask what could be the reason for such a delay for this specific time?

I did not receive text or email. I checked online and I also received the approval receipt by mail today.

I also passed my boards this July and already started working as an RN. Mine expires late October but I'm still anxious about getting approval so that I can breath a little bit. Hope I get approved soon!

HELLO FELLOW NURSE! CONGRATS!!!

I was a nursing intern at my hospital last summer so they had all my information (EAD) on file. Then I continued to work as a per diem NA over the school year. I was then offered an RN position and since they had my EAD on file from last summer, they did not need me to go to HR for paper work. I've been panicking since early July hoping they didn't ask me for my new EAD in order to start orientation. Luckily they never did and started orientation on Monday!
