I SENT MY RENEWAL LIKE 95 DAYS PRIOR TO EXPIRATION, NOTICE NOT IN THE 120 WINDOW REQUIREMENT. AM WAITIG AND I WILL GET APPROVED, I HOPE BUT I WILL NOT STRESS OUT THIS TIME. READING THIS TIME LIME I GET ANXIETY LOL. DONT WORRY GUYS, EVERYONE WILL BE FINE.

Oh men, ok if somebody can help me with this I would really appreciate it, well I was going thru my paperwork since I'm getting extremely anxious since my permit expires this Friday, and well 5 months later I notice I DID MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE in my I-765 form, in the question of the last entry date to the country I put the right month and day but the stupid idiot of me put 2014 instead of 2000!! How I missed this detail I have no clue but now I'm not sure about my application been renewed since this is a bad mistake, I haven't heard anything since the biometrics and honestly I don't know if to call or just go to a lawyer and see if I can do some damage control, anybody has a similar case? My stomach dropped right now...

You could always try to set an infopass appointment and talk to someone about it....

Old work permit expired: 3/12/15
Approved: Pending

I have been jobless for a month! It really sucks since i pay for my own school and things!

Its been 131 days since received and I'm still not approved or have heard anything. I have tried to call USCIS multiple times and all they tell me to do is wait!

Finally today this morning a nice lady from USCIS agreed to expedite my case because of financial hardship.

I hope to hear from them soon! Pray for me please!

Approved from Nebraska, such a horrible process. I requested to expedite my case twice, in both ocassions my requests were not authorized. I also contacted my assigned congressman, he made an inquiry and requested to expedite the case and again was not authorized. Three days leter after congressman reached USCIS in regards of my case, I received an approval notice, one week away from my card to expire. I only encourage those who really have an emergency to get a renewal before expires to take all the steps I took, otherwise just be patient and your approval notice and card will arrive, the Nebraska Center is really backed up but I think is BS that we can't have our cases expedited neither get an extension while a decision is being made, I felt discriminated by the Federal Agency. Anyways my family and I are extremely happy because I get to keep my job that requires a current drivers license and its so hard to get. I am a Frito Lay Route Sales Representative and I never thought making this much money without a degree. Good luck to you all...

OMG I'm so happy, thank God I got approved today!!! I just checked and wanted to share, I'm so excited

Just in time, and for everybody that is still waiting, try not to worry much, I did as well but got finally approved.

Congratulations! I have the same expiration date as you but they received it much earlier!
