Hey, good luck in South Korea. I'm sure you will do well in your own home. I have a South Korean friend and he always talks to me about how advanced it is over there. Good luck again!!

The worst pt about returning to Korea is that you don't have a chance to apply to good companies in Korea because of the 10 yr ban.

Most of elite companies require that you should be able to take business trips to US, which we can't bc of 10 yr ban. That means we don't meet the qualification requirement and we don't even have a chance to apply.

This 10 yr shit not only fucked up our life in US but our whole career/dream/goal/vision all around the fucking world.

There was nothing that we could do about being undocumented. It was never in our control and we're being punished for it mother fucker.

Whoever came up w/ 10 yr ban needs to get shot in the head.

I don't get 10 yr ban since I've been an f1 student during my stay in us

Just curious..
People with F1 are eligible for DA as long as they came before they turned 16? I am a little confused about F1... because they don't really say "no" in any of the papers I've read..

I'm pretty sure you have to be completely undocumented meaning you walked across the border or overstayed your visa and meet all the other criteria.

I meet all the requirements. I came to us when I was 15 and finished highschool and 2 yr college with clean background. Except that I didn't violate my visa but the problem is when would the dream act pass and what's gonna happen to ppl like me? Im not that different from the rest of forum members here. I can't work legally, pay instate tuition, and slim chance of being successful since getting h1 sponsorship is really hard due to economy

Well, you are supposed to be illegal the day before Obama signs Dream Act to in order to qualify. Legals need not apply. Well, it is not that hard to become an illegal, is it?

But doesn't matter, I don't think Dream Act will pass this time, because the focus is now on CIR, not Dream Act.

I hope everyone prepares for the worst. DA or CIR isn't going to pass before '13. It doesn't matter how much we hope for it or how many times we march. Even if all 20 mil undocumented march to White House, the majority in House will say no and that's final. Fact is fact. Accept it and move on.

I'm not trying to spread negativity but it's just fact man. You can't really argue with 2+2=4 no matter how much we hope otherwise.

I'm most likely going to leave the U.S. once I get my diploma, but I've wondered about the 10-year ban too. South Korean nationals can travel to the U.S. visa free, and I'm wondering if the 10-year ban affect that ability to travel visa free.

Knowing Korea enough.. I really want to get Master's degree from some Ivy League schools before I go back because after all.. name of the school is all they care. I don't have money to start any schools at all... My degree from CUNY would be worthless in Korea..

This is a sad reality...
