The following is not directed at you, but your lawyer is a d!ck for saying that USCIS will decide not in favor of your application if you e-request them before 7 months. Those bloody morons are approving people after 2 months and we're almost hitting 8 months and we have no right to e-request, F them!

if you dont mind me asking. did you have previous case with the immigration court? may be thats why its being delayed. i had a case with immigration court and i think thats why mine is being delayed. but who knows.

I did have a previous case, but it was denied, dismissed, & wrapped up for about a year before DACA even existed. I thought that the fact USCIS already had my info ready & on file, & the fact that I have an absolutely clean criminal background would have sped up the process. But evidently, I thought completely wrong.

you know what really messes with my head how the hell do people who got transfrred on the 22nd of feb to nebraska have gotten approved and you havent wtf

yeah i thought it would be quick as well , i mean i was placed in removal of proceedings , if when conducting these fbi backgrounds checks , if there was something wrong wouldnt i had been picked up when i was in ice ? i dont get it , im assuming our files are buried somewhere

Well today i hit my 7th Month hopefully my approval is near!
