so why cant ppl in FL apply for a non-US citizen DL?? as long as your EAD is valid, then you should be able to.

That was before he vetoed the bill that allowed DACA applicants to obtain a drivers license. This was just done today and the websites might not have updated it yet. I wish it wasn't true, but unfortunately he made the decision today.

I just checked my license status and it's still VALID. LOL I also bought a car too, my savings all gone.

This doesn't changes anything. Under current Florida law we are allowed to get a drivers license, so by him vetoing a bill to allowed us to get a license doesn't change what's already in place. Someone please tell me I have a point...
