I had congressman gene green help with my case since 2013 since it was taking forever to get a decision. It didn't help at all.

Home School Diploma. lol... I mean did you take a state test to get that? or was this a "hey mom, i'm going to take this online test to see if i get a diploma!" "Guess what, i got a home school diploma, i'm going to print it out!"

They're probably thinking the same, now if this was a state sanctioned diploma then find out what you can do, although there are to appeals for daca

I'm a "He", and I have my GED now I received it in June 2014, but don't have money to reapply.

Yes I took a state test and was accepted in my college but they still denied me.

holy shit you used a lawyer. i wonder how he responded to the RFE, do you have copies of his response? I would demand those to see what he responded with. As i can read you had nothing to do with your application but put your faith on a lawyer, i would demand a refund.

Although its sad :( its really uplifting that u have the opportunity to reapply but yeah the money issue for alot of us its really frustrating. I hope u get to raise ur money somehow!!!
