Re: January expiration
Yeah, I got the passport photos just now. Did you write your name and A-Number on the back? I'll see if BoA does that, I'll do it that way if it's easier.

Re: January expiration
My DACA/EAD expires mid-January 2015, and I sent my renewal package on the Friday, August 22, 2014 (8/22/2014)
I used Priority Express Mail (1-day) from UPS knowing that it would not be sent until the following business day, but it would definitely be sent early in the morning (so that still is a plus). I received a text/email notification on the 8/27/2014 of the receival of my application. I got the physical copy of I-797 notices for receipt of my applications about a few days later. Then my biometrics letter came in a few days after that. It is scheduled for one of the days of this upcoming week (9/14/2014 - 9/20/2014). I kept a copy of exactly of the documents I sent in for my renewal (as I also did with my original application). The only items I omitted was saving from my personal records is the money order and and passport photos, of course. I kept the receipt for the money order, though. I keep all my documents saved, just for reference and to be sure. It will come in handy. :) I, too, wrote my name and A# on the back of my passport photos, as said on the instructions from USCIS. People have gotten approved without it, but why would one risk it? The passport photos that you send in is most likely used to compare your image to the photos taken at your biometrics, as that would be the most reasonable reason. The USCIS officer reviewing your application would probably find it useful. (Correct me if I am wrong.) If anyone is wondering, my case status still has not shown up on the website's "Check my case status." The receipt numbers of my application are in the range of LIN149105**** . I skimmed through the thread very fast, so I wrote notes that I believed would be useful to you guys! Hope all goes well and process time is fast for everyone! :) |
Re: January expiration
For the I-765WS, what should I put for my annual income/expenses? I just got a part-time job last month so I don't know how to calculate my annual income.
For annual expenses, I go to college right now so I guess I'll list that right? Should I fill out the explanation part of it? |
Re: January expiration
I have a full-time job so I actually put what I make per year.

Re: January expiration
My app got rejected because I didn't put my signature down on the I-797 notice where it says prepares signature
I'm livid and p**** i put my signature above it why not just accept it now I'm set back a month at least |
Re: January expiration
Did my biometrics today. Here's to getting approved soon, but not too soon!

Re: January expiration
I'm not expecting anything until November or so. I'm sure they are going by expiration dates.

Re: January expiration
Sent my package on Monday (express mail), still haven't get my text yet.

Re: January expiration
I also did my Biometrics today. Still haven't seen a case update on USCIS website. I have not really read through the stickies (which I am going to do now), but is that normal?
Plus, I need to update date my signature. It's pretty darn ugly at the moment with the typos and fonts and just the whole thing. Haha. There needs to be one more "APPROVED" on there. :) |
