Neither are options for me. You need an advanced degree or be exceptionally skilled in your field. Once you're out of status you can't go that route with an employer. When I called USCS agent said they automatically upgraded me so hopefully it starts moving. All visa categories need an upgrade. The wait time is ridiculous |
