I'm on Suntrust. I can only go back a year and a half online, and I've already done so.

Also if you have any phone bills or utility bills in your name send that make sure they have the dates of service on them. I used a lot of online confirmation emails and receipts from different vendors like amazon or paypal

Also send ALL relevant documentation you have. Don't leave nothing to chance, or you might get RFE'd (that's REQUEST FOR more EVIDENCE).

Read, read, read all the instructions again and again.

I've already done that, thanks. I scanned both the new and old since my new one obviously doesn't have any stamps on them and the old one does. Someone also said some passport pictures as well.

All the things I've listed that I will be sending out with the packet is relevant to what needs to be as "proof", I've made sure all the dates, addresses etc are all there to prove I've been here.

If you think about it though unless you dont' have direct deposit your bank statements will show your pay checks or the total amount deposited that month if you choose to only send the first couple of pages.

I agree. My paychecks were deposited into my account. I didn't doubt her advice, but I'll make it a point to ask. I don't get the chance to stay as updated with all the approvals but I've noticed very many have been approved. Have you noticed if among the approved so far are dreamers who submitted pay stubs/w-2's as proof of continued presence?

Re: October Applicants

No I don't know of anyone that has but then again I didnt' look too deep into proof threads. I submitted w2s and paystubs so I can let you know once I'm notified.

Finishing up my application! Waiting on my BofA statements for June and July 2007. Couldn't print them out since the account was closed 3yrs ago. Bastards.
Few questions: 1. I live in CA, but stayed in Oregon for a month so I can get a DL. Do you think they'll make a deal of it since I'm not putting it in the list of addresses I'm listing?
2. I'm also waiting on a letter from my church that I've been attending since 10/2007, would this make a difference?

Are you sending a copy of the license?

You shoud probably put it down under additional information since they will wonder how you got a license with an address you never lived at.

You should just put the address and explained the reason on the additional part so they know. I did that as well for the years I did not put since I was really young and moved around and couldnt remember the addresses.

It seems locations determines where it's routed to. Everyone from VA is going to Vermont I think.

I still haven't received my G-1145 notification yet... neither by email or text... This sucks!

Re: October Applicants

I checked my bank account though, and my check was cashed... I kept preparing for the worst case scenario as things havent gone so smoothly yet... USPS Priority had my package in Virginia (Sent from CA to PHX ) why would it go across country just to be shipped back? lol. It was delivered on a Saturday, and for some reason I just didn't trust the USPS tracking... and not receiving an email or text just petrified me even worse that they didn't deliver it correctly... But I can breathe a little bit more now!

Hi

My younger brother and I are going to be October applicants and we ARE freaking out about one thing in particular. On June 15th, my 16-year-old brother had no documentation of being in school or in a religious service or medical records, nada. I have proof of being here that day through my college semester schedule that ran from May until July. I called USCIS and asked what would suffice for proof he was here on that date if he didn't have documentation for that date spefically, and they really weren't much of help. They said whatever documentation we send had to be date June 15th, 2012 but he has nothing to prove he was here on that exact date. Do you guys think that a report card from his high school of the 2011-2012 school year could work?

Please reply! Thanks.

Hey guys, I was about to send my application. I just had a question though about this chart on where to send it.
http://img843.imageshack.us/img843/9753/uscis.png
Is the address on the right just for express mail deliveries? and does it matter which address I send it to?

Looks like I'm done with everything now, getting the paper work and money order together. I'm probably gonna send it on Monday. Good luck to all of you!!!!

USCIS
Attn: DACA
1820 E. Skyharbor
Circle S
Suite 100
Phoenix, Az. 85035

I tracked the package today and it says that it has been delivered to chase bank and was signed by J. Lopez. Wtf? What should i do?

Re: October Applicants

was the address at all similar maybe the same building or area. Could you have made a mistake somewhere?

I would also try calling the number attached to the address it was sent to and ask for that person. Maybe they can direct your package to the right place if you explain its time sensitive and important.

I just checked the address on the receipt and the address on the uscis website and it's the same! I didnt make a mistake. :( this is so terrible!i cant imagine losing that package AND the money and having to do that all over again. I requested a confirmation email from the usps address to see what else i can do ;(

Just to get you less worried, here's some threads I searched for:

http://dreamact.info/forum/showthread.php?t=30025

Power of keyword search. :roll:8)

Plus from my own experience, I put 60603 but delivered to 60601. Got notice no problem.

Re: October Applicants

Is anyone planning on doing a walk-in?

I am really conflicted on this. I wanna do it because it seems like it speeds up the process. . . But at the same time, some people say it is tacky.

Plus, most likely I will be assigned to the wilshire location... And people there are ass oles :/

But then again, I could go to another location. Thougts?

Kaisaurus 10-08-2012 03:15 AM

Re: October Applicants

I dont' think its tacky at all. Even if it is I rather be tacky and help my process along than be proper and wait it out.
I've asked before on another thread but didn't get a positive answer on going to another center other than the one you're told to go to. Maybe just go to the one you're assigned to just in case.

I'm taking my mom with me for support and to make me less anxious. Plus she has the gift of gab so I can have her charm them. Good Luck

on the I-821D instruction form says you can use report cards. As long as it has the current date and his name. Or school transcripts that he can request from his school.
