If Trump administration asks for a delay would the AG even do that?

That would only further add to the defenses argument that the program is not causing any damages to the states suing.

my dude can answer all the logistical and deep shit on AOS threads and how each process of adjusting status e.g. how long it takes? how much legal fees? etc.

And unfortunately no. If anything does pass legislation wise it would be for those that qualify for DACA, unless of course the requirements are less restricted to allow more people to apply.

A delay can be good and bad. My EAD expires in a year. If Trump were to end DACA today and allow our EADs to expire, it would give me more time to keep working and figure out what I want to do than if he were to cancel it later down the road closer to my expiration date, then again, it would allow people currently pending more time to be approved.

Nevertheless good if this happens, more people on board and more renewals. Soon we will have people with enough EAD to survive this presidency.
