I filed early January 2015 to the Texas lockbox..... its been about 120 days (4 months) now and nothing yet. My case was received about 111 days before my card expired... I filed through a good lawyer and I am still waiting...Texas is really letting everyone down...I have not lost my job yet but I can any day now...so hopefully I will be approved this month.
Anyone else file around my time frame?
I'm from Chicago and I believe my case was sent to Texas.

I'm seeing people get approved in a month or just over. I hope we both get approved soon because I need my job now more than ever. I don't even know how to approach my supervisor with this. My HR has already asked for my new eda. This is such a tough situation.

Hello! It really does not matter who u sent the application with. My friend played $500 and he had to wait 5 to 6 months. I tried to expedite my case twice and both were denied. People who have been accepted in a month or two were from Nebraska or other centers. I guess those of us who sent to Texas need to wait more. Seems like they are really backlogged .. I have been 2 months jobless. I've been waiting since 12/3/14. I called USCIS and they are working on 11/17/14 cases nearly. Let's all pray for a response.

Hello. I am also from Chicago and it seems like the wait time is 5 to 6 months for the Texas center. Since 12/3/14 no response to me. I've been waiting 160 days! I hope to get a response in the next 20 days! Just pray for a fast response! Texas center is working on 11/17/14 cases nearly :/

Re: Official DACA RENEWAL Process Time Thread!

I talked to the congressman office representative last week and she seemed like she really wanted to help me. However she said not to get my hopes up because even if she asks for an expedition they still may not grant it. In addition, she said that the Texas Service Center is terribly backlogged and always takes an extremely long time. I explained to her that I have lost both jobs, am behind on rent, and am expecting to start my internship on June 1st contingent on my employment authorization. For some reason she said that I shouldn't have been let go from my previous jobs because I reapplied for a new EAD.....but the notice I received says that I am not eligible to work until I have a new EAD.
I keep on checking my status but nothing has changed. it still says case received 2/18.

timeline:
Renewal Received/routed to TSC 2/28/15
Old EAD Expired 2/21/15
Biometrics 3/20/15
105 day timeframe will be June 3rd.
Still waiting.

I'm also from Chicago, we have the exact same dates on everything. I'm still waiting. I contacted USCIS and they told me it's in Texas and I have to wait. I tried to expedite and got denied. My employer is cool, they're not threatening me to lose my job but still... It would be nice to have a valid work authorization.

I'll let you know if anything changes.

Received by Texas center 12/3/14
Biometrics 1/8/15
Old Work permit expired 3/12/15

What I am seeing is that Nebraska is sticking to the 3-3.5 months. Which works out well if you submitted your renewal at least at the 120 day recommended mark. Here's to hope.

Mine expires Late July, I'm hoping to have it renewed early July.

Is it me or it feels like all Chicago cases are just being dragged out?? I'm from IL and my case was received since 11/17!! I have called USCIS 3 times and I am just told to wait and that my case is being worked on as we speak ! I have HR on my ass about my new card :( been expired since 3/10, Last time
I called I was told that if I didn't have any Info by 4/15 to call so I can finally
Put in a request for my cases to be expedited, 6 month wait is frustrating for a renewal
