It's a rather complicated case unfortunately. I'm meeting with my lawyer on Tuesday to discuss the interview and how will tackle possible questions. I'll update after the meeting.

Well if you can give us some insight as to why you think its complicated it would be nice :-) I'm also using 245(I) but I'm using it as a "grandfathered deriviate beneficiary" based on my moms old approved I-130 that my US citizen grandfather did for us. I used school report cards "1999-2002"and vaccination record showing my mom and me being in the U.S. Around Dec 20 2000.

Me too it's been 30 days and it hasn't showed my cases yet either.

I'm not able to see my MSC case status online either. It's been more than 30 days and I already had my biometrics. I called customer service yesterday and they said there is nothing they can do. I was told it could take up to 45 days for the cases to show up online and if they don't show up after 45 days I can make an info-pass appointment which I doubt would help.

Venus seems like you are all set. What's your field office by the way? The wait for interview is largely dependent on that.

Three more weeks for my interview! I can't wait!!!!! In the mean time I should try to focus on my work and gather the originals of some of the evidence I'll need that day.

@ Venus: Ah Cool. Mine is Mount Laurel, NJ. Is your priority date current?

@CapitolDreamer: Once all the paperwork has been received and it's all complete, it gets sent to a field office for an interview. Which field office your application gets sent to is dictated by your home address. So google USCIS field offices and see which field office has jurisdiction over your county. Then look up USCIS processing times and look for your field office, it will tell you when was the last I-485 scheduled for an interview.
