Granted, most of us did not commit any crime nor are we morally responsible for our undocumented immigration status. Like you, there is a special place in my heart for those who oppress us, call us names, accuse us, and destroy us, for reasons which we had no control over. I feel wronged and pray each day that God will bring swift justice for us and to them. I feel your frustration.

But

My point is that yes we are being served injustice, but even in the midst of all this undeserved BS, we must not lose dignity. Always be civil even during civil disobedience. At the end of this whole fiasco, and I guarantee you that Dream Act will pass sooner or later, we must remain blameless and faultless till the end. Don't give the devil a foothold.

Immature maybe. Uninformed, I don't see how I needed any information to say "fuck politicians" and as far as my attitude goes, I really don't know what to tell you. But maybe I can tell you something about YOUR attitude, because attitude like yours is what allows politicians to keep bullshitting us and allows politicians to drag issues over decades without doing anything about them.

Its been quite a while since I've actually given a constructive answer to anything around here, so I will give you that, my comment wasn't constructive. But I stand behind it and wouldn't take it back for a min. As much as leaders should be given a break from time to time because they're only human, they should also be held responsible for their actions and in this case inaction.

I'm not going to get more into it than that though because I honestly don't see the point of having to explain to another DREAMer (Because I'm assuming you're a fellow dreamer) why we should be able to show distress and express our frustration towards the government.

P.S. I'm not even going to reply to that "its not illegal to be black" comment, because you obviously missed my point. A point that I quite frankly think that anyone who is informed wouldn't have missed it.
