DREAM Act Portal Forum - Dl online course

I completed the course "4-Hour Drug & Alcohol (DATA) course" and got my certificate in the mail but I used http://www.123driving.com/ since I am in Florida. But is the 8 Hour Traffic School course for people that got a ticket before and a judge or court has ordered you to take it OR is it also part of the 4 hour DATA course requirement for people that want to get a Learner's permit or a First time adult driver? Cause in the website that I took it from the course detail for the 8 hour course says..."If you were ordered by a Florida court or judge to take an 8-hour driver improvement/defensive driving course then this course is for you."
I took the 4-Hour Drug & Alcohol (DATA) course requirement for a Learners permit/First time adult driver for only $29.95 I'm only asking cause maybe I took the wrong test. I am going to my local DMV office to take both the written and road test soon, I guess we'll see what happens.
