And how do you know that, i got two texts saying my case got transferred then a hour later got two more saying it gpt transferred to my local office so a total of 4 texts..

Sent my app on oct 1st and bio done oct 29th

My brothers case was transferred to the National Benefits Center around November(forgot the exact date). It was then transferred back to Vermont around the week of December 23rd. Then on February 5th his case was updated saying an RFE was mailed out. He still hasn't received the letter. -___-

These service centers are really messing with people!!

Oh, and my case is still under initial review. Both of our apps were received September 5th, my bio was done on October 3rd and his on the 4th.

I wonder if the whole transferring thing is random. Hmmm....

Once AGAIN GUYS IF YOU GOT THE SECOND MESSAGES IT SAYS CLEARLY LOCAL OFFICE GOT THE JURIDICTION TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION.!/! These is

Thats what mine said I think they are also sending letters via mail so there I guess we will see which office they send to hopefully somewhere they can make a decision asap..

so basically they are giving the local offices the authority to grant or deny apps. this should be good.

Unfortunately Vermont is my local office so I'm screwed. You are lucky the app was transferred.

Well mine was transferred to a local office and it ended up going back to the California center.
