For Delaware their are no residency requirements,but the new law doesn't take effect until July 1 2013... U also have to look at the divorce procedures for those states that allow same sex marriages,for some states u have to be a resident for 2 yrs before u can legally be granted a divorce..for us it's still not the same for divorce process..

Im marrying my partner in August, we going to Iowa for that, thank god they don't have any requirements

If you entered without inspection (EWI) than you can apply for a waiver. You will still have to leave the US and reentry legally, but your application will be processed while in the US and you will know the result of your application before you leave.

I'm working on my green card application right now, luckily I did enter thru the visa waiver program so I can adjust. Some application are already being approved as they have been pending at USCIS for some time.

Please do... My partner and I will be going to Delaware to apply for our Marriage license tomorrow ..I know it will be a mad house because it is the 1st day LGBTQ couples can marry in that state...
