I went and applied for a social security today. Like two hours wait just for a 3 minute period that it takes for them to put you on the computer and say.. "ok youll recieve it on mail in less than 2 weeks" july appicants should start getting approval by octuber :p

so happy for you.. :smile: next will be your drivers license and/or Id. Than Hopefully August applicant like me could be Approved as soon as the end of November. (maybe by my bday)

I sense my on the 8/25/13 got received 8/26/13 receipt letters received on 9/1/13
Bio letter received 9/16/13 Bio appt for 9/27/13 at 8:00am

Biometrics: September 5
EAD Approval: N/A

My app is being processed in the texas center. I sent did my application through a pro bono lawyer in chicago. The biometric center on broadway doesn't do walk-ins -__- I have a misdeminor... just wonder how this plays out... I need to get a new job by November I hope everything goes smoothly =/

It looks like they are just working on July applicants most likely we will get a response next month.
