The problem is that our work experience will not count. Unlawful presence does not count as experience. You could have been an astronaut, cured cancer and your work experience would not count if you were in the US without lawful status. No, DACA does not count for their purposes.

We don't have lawful or legal status but presense

Presense is our status which isn't a status at all. Just ask the SC they had a good time defining it

Unfortunately no, it does not count. I have 10 years of engineering experience, part of it working for a fortune 10 company dealing with state of the art technologies but my experience in the field does not count towards the Canadian immigration program because I do not have lawful status.

It is quite tragic...

I have been considering Canada for a while but the truth is that there is no easy way into Canada for us.

I am not saying it is impossible, but the risk of failure is high with no guarantees of a temporary stay. For some of us it might be worth to try.

I just want you guys to be realistic with this option.
