The text says "when the alien initially entered the US". So if you came earlier but left and came back before 2012... I suspect you can use that first entry too.

I actually misinterpreted this text from the bridge act wrong(english is confusing sometimes)

“(3) continuously resided in the United States between June 15, 2007, and the date on which the alien files an application under this section;

It seems like if you live between june 15, 2007 up to present. You would qualify. But nah. Enlist act is the only way for edacaers

Not necessarily. ENLIST Act has been around since 2013 (56 cosponsors during that session).

I am pretty sure I wouldn't pass the psychological evaluation even if we'd end up with another draft.
