According to the news , the 9th circuit will likely to rule around June 2019. Do you think I should sending renewal now just in case if 9th circuit rules against us ?

Mine expires Sept 2019

Yes send it in. I sent in mine already, have bio appt next monday and I expire august.

Anyone can see their bio appt?? It says they mailed it already and I tried to see it online (uscis myaccount) but it says error.

Just wait a few days for it to come in the mail. I sent mine in January and did my biometrics 2 weeks ago. I expire Sept 2018. Patience is key.
