The 2013 Senate immigration bill did include wall money, e verify and legal immigration changes but at the trade off of giving undocumented groups a pathway to legalization.

This bill will fail. Immigration bills must be bipartisan and House GOP is not interested in doing bipartisan legislation, nor is Trump.
