it only says that there is no time period or some shit and you get nothing

Try doing the ombudsman request.
I did that and about a week later I was approved. I don't know if that's what helped me but its worth a try.

After waiting for 6 months, my card is in production!
My application was received September 12th
Biometrics October 10 and card in production as of yesterday.
I was routed to Nebraska service center and reside in Texas.
Don't lose hope! Your approval is on it's way also!
