It's possible that they want to wait and see the outcome. If the court rules in our favor, then i'm sure they'll just go ahead and give us the 3 year extention instead of 2 years. If it's a dead lock vote then they will just give us the 2 year ones I think lol.

So nobody has been approved for the second renewal..? I did my biometric two weeks ago and I need EAD for my job.

Just got my NOA today for both my brother and I. Apparently they did send my brother's receipt to my phone as well. Now just gotta wait for biometrics letter. Hopefully someone here gets renewed soon!

My application was received on 6/7/16 and I got my text/email notifications on 6/10/16. My receipt number also starts with IOE instead of LIN like before. However, it was routed to Nebraska again.

I just found out online that I was approved.
Here's my timeline:

EXPIRATION: October 2016
APPLICATION SENT: 05/13/2016
SERVICE CENTER: IOE - ELIS (e-Filing)
BIOMETRICS: 06/07/2016
DACA APPROVAL: 06/08/2016

Hopefully this reduces everyone's anxiety during this hair pulling wait time. :)
