4 months "today" the 29th now the 1st lol... Omg this waitttt.......... and to make it worse everyone around me has been aproved or rfe'd for weeeeks :(... This sucks.

It will be 5 months for me on March 23rd. I had to tell my new boss about my immigration status. He was very understanding and told me to submit the paperwork when I get it, meanwhile, I am working as a contractor.

Me! Received 10/26 and still nothing. :/ all apps close to mine have been approved. I haven't gotten an rfe or anything.

Yeah most DEC, JAN, AND EVEN SOME FEB, applicants are getting approved while we wait :(. I am happy for them but waiting this long is NO FUN!

Yeah it does suck. I'm happy for the approvals but still sucks to see people in january getting approved soand fast. Wouldn't be surprised to start seeing february ones pretty soon.

I can't believe you got an RFE after so many months of your app being there! That's ridiculous! They could have at least asked for it sooner! That just means your app sat there and no one bothered to touch it for that long! That's my biggest issue! Apps just sitting there collecting dust! Extremely unfair!

It's been 4 moths since my Biometrics & On March 23rd it will be 5 months since the date I sent the application.
**my sister, sister in law, and her sister applied in November and they all have been approved. Congrats to all Dreamers with their EAD approved.

I know my friend :/ This waiting is pure torture!! I saw someone who applied in Jan get approved the other day, i damn near cried. Seriously!! Do you check the case #s around you? 95% of the ones around mine are approved. -___-

Exactly. They might as well not have it, they basically only read info directly off of the screen that we see on Uscis.com...i know it word by word now..:cry:

Yes, I would say that a large portion of those around me have gotten approved as well. Just a few here and there in initial review.

those who are still on intitial review are you married with children, are you going to school?

I am living with the Father of my children (2) not legally married, and currently not going to school ..I think that's why I have less priority.

My sister was going (still going) to college when applied and no children ..she got approved 3 weeks after she sent her application.

I dont think that is the reason because I am also going to college and still am and now I need to get into the nursing program. I am not married or have any kids. and im still not approved. But my cousin who is still in high school got approved even though she sent her application in 2 months after I did.

Being Married with children has nothing to do with time three of my friends got approved already and the are married and with children and one of them filed a month after me :/
