My best friend applied on Oct 17th 2012, got and RFE in December, and finally got approved yesterday through the Nebraska Service Center. I'm happy for her! And for everyone that's been approved.

My time line is: Oct 23, 2012 - bio Nov 6, 2012 - Nebraska

Case Status updated to suspend due to RFE on the 18th. I received the notice in the mail on the 21st.

Given the timeline of some other Oct. applicants; hopefully many get updated or approved this, or next, month.

Hello guys! I just want to share that I GOT APPROVED TODAY!!

Ya me havia desilusionado que deje de checkar mi "case status" y hoy por sorpresa me llego un texto y un e-mail que me emocione mucho, ya que tengo muchos planes y suenos, que quise compartirlo con ustes.

congrats!!!

We are on the same situation my ead was approved but still waiting on the daca. How can someone be approved for the working permit if the daca is still under "initial review" my guess is that its just not updated ..

Congrats to you too girl :) My DACA updated to approval about 4 hours or so after my I765 :) AND thanks to everyone else who sent their congrats! :D:D

I don't understand why my application is taking so long I have no criminal background or anything and still nothing. I should have waited a few days longer to have been an October applicant maybe then I would have been approved by now. Congratulations to everyone that got approved.
