Damn, sorry bro. Just wait for that RFE. It's probably something minor. Maybe related to your name. At least you know they are looking at your app.

So i check app numbers before and after me, and they were all approved today besides mine and two other cases a little before mine. -_________-

Only one in my area was approved and that number was hundred eighty apps behind me :/ come on son wtf 6 mths coming soon in 2 weeks

Guys unfortunately I received an RFE today and I'm pissed. I like to think that I sent pretty strong evidence for my case the only thing I could think of is presence on the 15 since I didnt have nothing for the exact day but I had some evidence for atleast 3 days before and after the 15 (medical records,tuition bills, etc) and thats not all. What has me pissed is that my brothers case got accepted about a week ago and he has somewhat less evidence than mine. The way the accept apps is so ramdom. (a little background on my case Im an overstay, no tickets nothing that has to do with the law. Been here 10+ years, college educated). I'll just wait for the letter and mail the evidence they need right back to them so I can get accepted asap...
