what happens now??? after it is introduced, when/how long will it take for it to become a law?? i dont know the process but really need to know what will happen

can someone post up the numbers of the senators we need to call. What I mean is this, I live in California and since the senators in california are already voting yes, we need to focus on the ones that are going to vote no. So please post those numbers up so i can call them.
