I'll also try sending it to all types of newspapers throughout America and lobbying groups, and even that numbers usa guy who harassed me on the plane and gave me his e-mail. I would love seeing his face as he read it. LOL.

Alright man. Fair. And, sounds good. And, I will help you send it out. :- )

Yeah man. I will not support something that would legalize those, for example, those who came here under the age of 7 but leaves out those from 7 to 16 because some people I talk to on here would be screwed. That's fucked up. But, I would pressure for Rubio and the rest of the GOP to fix the age range if it is TOO limited.

I'm pretty sure the minimum age of entry will be between 12 and 15. They're not going to put it very low. Don't worry. Everybody will hopefully qualify. Durbin and Pacheco know what the deal is :p

I'm pretty sure Democratic leaders will make sure it stays at 15( the dreamer Congressman Guttierez is advocating for came here when he was 14), the entry age has never been changed even though there have been different versions since it was introduced in 2001. Anyone under the age of 16 is considered a child in immigration law. Like i said, Rubio can't make it too strict otherwise it will just give Harry Reid more grounds to just oppose it. He just needs to release the details of his bill already!

WILLIAMS: …That Rubio’s proposal would not grant citizenship, it would just allow them to stay in the country. He says he wants to prevent chain migration. It’s not going to pass muster with most Latino voters, who want a Dream Act that gives those young people in the military, in school, the opportunity to be American citizens.
McCAIN: Well, first of all, I’m not sure that that’s, that that’s the case, because I think, first of all, they do want, uh, to have a legal status, and be able to come out of the shadows. Second of all, let me tell you a big problem with the Dream Act. Dream Act says you can go to college for two years—as proposed by Senator Durbin. Go to college for two years, or serve in the military for, for two years. We don’t serve in the military for two years. We serve in the military for four years. So what are you going to say? And the reason why we serve for four years, it takes so long to train them, so, anyone who joins our military. So, we’re going to say, here’s a special category, that can, only has to serve in the military for two years? Come on. So there’s, there’s some fundamental flaws with their version of the Dream Act, that I think has to be addressed as well.

alright he wants all 4 years, no problem every military contract is 4 years long. Even though Senator Durbin just has 2 years as the minimum amount of time needed.

Ladies and Gents, please beware..the great senior senator from Alabama who rules with an iron first when it comes to Immigration is definitely preparing few amendments to limit this bill or he might even be gathering his group for another filibuster attempt!
