Mine was delivered at 10:22am in Texas. I sent it express. It was most likely because I live in Florida.

Mine was sent to the Chicago Lockbox. Did you waive the signature? I definitely didn't.

I hope it gets delivered and signed tomorrow, at least.

I sent mine to Chicago too. Was yours delivered?
I didn't waive the signature because the USPS worker told me not to because it's important for what I'm sending (I think he knew what was going on)

Nope, mine wasn't delivered because no one could sign it. Seems silly.. didn't they anticipate a bunch of us wanting confirmation that it was delivered?

As I submitted my last post I got an email with the proof of delivery and delivery confirmation. It was delivered at 12:21 pm.

The process has begun, GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Just checked the tracking info and it arrived at 10:22 am signed by some girl named Kimberly at USCIS.
