Why would we send a service request for 120 days if the expected time period is between 120-180? Which means you can only file for a service request when it is OUTSIDE of normal processing times. None of us here have reached 180 days. The earliest will be February IF you count weekends.

Brace yourselves, the Impatient whiners who want to fill out service requests 1 week after their biometrics are coming.

In other words;
when can we REALLY start counting the days to when we call request info?

How many days must we wait from that said day?

Didn't you read above? 120 - 180 days. 180 days is the 6 month mark. So service requests would have to be done when you reach 180. People will start hitting that mark February 15.

When I called uscis, they said something about 75 but I didn't understand what he was talking about, does anyone remember that has called?
