That question is confusing............ if you have an i94 wouldnt your status be Paroled..?

Yup. After what people said in forums, Google, Reddit, and YouTube, I went with NLS (no lawful status).

Renewed yesterday and today received notice that my EAD is on its way. fastest approval in the east my guy.

Submitted online on the date of my original post. Approved today!

Update on my online renewal. I got approved last Friday on the 9th.

I expire on 11/07/2023 and I submitted my application really early in August of last year. So Around the 150 day mark like everyone else who renewed early.

I think a lot of folks are sending in early because of the judge in TX. I know he currently hasn't ruled anything, but did hear arguments on 6/2. Just a waiting game now.

USCI, has stated, I think, they don't process early sent applications. Its pointless. They prioritize applications due soon
