Or, they could be just be throwing this out there to show that they are ready to compromise and get the ball rolling, hopefully.

The least senate GOP could have done was coordinate some of the requirements of DACA.

Aren't the requirements set under dream act. Why must they start from scratch when they want to pass this asap. Sigh

They won't support Durbin's Dream Act.

They will want to throw in their own requirements in order for something to pass.
