My court case was admin closed on January bc I applied for daca and right now my case is approved after transferring to Texas last month and right now I have double eads as well. I think mine was gathering dust until after the transfer and finally they started to look at it and approved it. Maybe you can do a service request to find out if the court case is delaying it or they just forgot about your application.

yeah i feel like its just collecting dust , how long did yours take , plus i have everything playing my way , i know i have a misdeameanor but i havent heard of any denials due to "moral character" if that was the case "ICE" federal gov. wouldve never given me a bond , and evidence for the past 5 years , its all there , graduated in may 2010 , booked in jan 21st 2011 , been on probation / bond from ice ever since , not on probation anymore , but heck everything is there , ill be doing one on monday , i hit my 6th month this past thursday |
