Correct this was in response to my SR. I submitted under card not received and was apprehensive since I know they never sent it. So under review by an officer means they are working on it like the rest of everyone's delayed EAD.

I submitted a SR for card not recieved too. But it says: On September 27, 2016, your request to have your Employment Authorization Document resent to you, referral number SR********VSC, was assigned to an officer for response.
They didnt really write 60 days for response though

That's what it said on my case tracker too. This is a response though. I think the 60 days is generic BS I had another one say 30.

Yea its extremely annoying. Their 30 days from the response to my first EAD SR request is up next week, after that, im curious as to what excuses theyll make up :/
I looked at most of the case #s before and after mine and it seems most people's cards have been mailed out with the exception of some. I guess USCIS screwed up again and this time during card production for a bunch of people :(

I don't get why we're the ones having to deal with the double whammy of delayed DACA and delayed EAD. Like whether there's a rhyme or reason to it or whether it's just random bad luck.

Eva, did you get a letter in the mail with that response? Or was this through email? If a letter, how much time passed between the SR and your letter?

I'm saying it lol has to do win luck !!! There are people getting it ASAP like I saw someone who got it in 5 days of being approved to others like us waiting

Late to the party here but what's the average time from receiving approved message to ELIS --> card goes into production?
