This is crazy, how can they take 6 months (180 days) when they only accept application at
(150 days) max. This would tell me they purposely want you to expire for a whole month.

I think everyone should start calling their congress, senate and ombudsman because this is a made up rule by USCIS center employees, it's not stated anywhere on their official website. When I first called a spokeswoman told me the same but after explaining to her she agreed but I wasn't at 105 days yet. We should contact as many authority we can and explain our situation 6 month is insane

I just went to case status and checked my case and no update yet since biometrics. Also, I changed the numbers for cases that differ by 200,000 and they say the same thing that biometrics was schedule. These cases are from January. I'm starting to freak out.

My suggestion about inquiries.....don't do it unless it is after 105 days after they have received your case via confirmation on your receipt. USCIS might have limited resources and having to investigate inquiries could cause further delay.

If over 105 days, file with the service center directly......not through the 1800 number or via infopass.

So what's the contact info to schedule a case inquira directly with the Nebraska Service Center? I could not find the the contact info for them.

However, I don't think it matters. Unless your handwriting sucks.

Hello :) I have been reading the thread and noticed you applied for renewal and have done AP. I am currently filling out my application and have a few questions. Did you fill out part 3 question 5.a. where it says "were you EVER issued an arrival-departure record (Form I-94, I-94W, or I-95)? It says part 3 is for Initial requests only so I'm thinking we don't fill this out but just want to make sure. Also on Part 2 Travel information did you put "advance parole" for reason to departure? And one last question, I noticed you said you included your I-94. Is this the document we get from the website? I never received an actual document so I'm guessing that's what we submit....? Thanks for your help!

If anyone else can help with these questions I would greatly appreciate it!!

I just called again and was told to submit a case inquiry on the 26 of July. That will make my case pending for 105 days, also I mentioned earlier their is a post on the forum outside your processing time that have a lot of useful steps everyone should read it.

Is it ok to start freaking out??

My EAD expires 09/11 and I haven't even received biometrics.
