Hey guys its been almost about a month that I didn't receive my biometrics letter since my initial i797 receipt. It usually takes 15 days to receive after receiving the notice receipt. My ead expires in October 25 should I be worried that its taking this long ? Ty

You should call uscis and let them know... maybe the letter got lost in the mail..and whenever you reveive it... do a walk-in

Dude I'm a lil worry to mine expires on oct 25th only thing is that I got my notification on 12th of August
I guess is not as bad as month

I reapplied in early June, got my biometrics letter and appointment soon after that, and received my approval and EAD just a few days ago. My original expiration date was in late September of 2014, but my new expiration is mid-August of 2016. I guess that's just the way they do it?

Has ANYONE been approved since last Monday, the 18th?
Nobody this week I see. Guess there will be another big wave of approvals coming soon, I hope.

When did you sent your application? I sent it on July 24th and they receive it on July 28th and sent me a receipt notice 5 days after. Wait you got your notification as in the biometric appointment?

I called them she gave me a confirmation number and escalated the issue and within 30 days I should receive it. Smh this is bullshit hopefully I get it asap bcuz I'm losing my job here bcuz of this
