Hello :) I have been reading the thread and noticed you applied for renewal and have done AP. I am currently filling out my application and have a few questions. Did you fill out part 3 question 5.a. where it says "were you EVER issued an arrival-departure record (Form I-94, I-94W, or I-95)? It says part 3 is for Initial requests only so I'm thinking we don't fill this out but just want to make sure. Also on Part 2 Travel information did you put "advance parole" for reason to departure? And one last question, I noticed you said you included your I-94. Is this the document we get from the website? I never received an actual document so I'm guessing that's what we submit....? Thanks for your help!

If anyone else can help with these questions I would greatly appreciate it!!

Yes, if you are renewing don't do part 3. For part 2, I put visiting sick relative, humanitarian reason. I included my I-94, which you can get from their website and I also included my advance parole document. I also included my stamped passport.

Thanks, but do you just use the contact form on the website and email the message? Thanks for your help.

So I have been staring at my renewal application for too long....is it two signatures overall or three? I only have one on form I-821D and one on from I-765. Is there another one I am missing?

I only saw two. Where do you see the third one?

I only see two as well but I was reading through this thread and saw that someone posted:

"Overall two signatures, unless you count a third one as the one with the worksheet."

I was getting confused and looked through form I-821D plenty of times but overall only saw one signature on page 5 and one on form I-765. Hope that is right!

There's only two. The worksheet does not need to be signed.

At the Nebraska Service Center, the processing time for RENEWAL is 3.5 months. My renewal was sent 4/18, biometric was done 5/11. So I'd expect mine to be decided early August. The 6 months is for initial action only.

I see that for Texas Service Center it's May 7, 2015 for renewals, what does that mean?
